Zulu allows products to be Returned or Exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. Contact us by email including a picture of the product and the order number to verify the purchase.
Products in Exchange must be equal in price or a full return may be necessary and re-purchase will apply.
Zulu gets products packaged and shipped within 7-10 business days of purchase confirmation.
In the case the product is delayed for any reason, Zulu will reach out by info provided at purchase for any further details.
