Shooter Registration Cancellation Policy

• Deadline: Cancellations are accepted up until November 6, 2026.

• Strict No-Refund Window: Absolutely no refunds are considered on or after November 6, 2026. After this deadline, the event organizer does not offer refunds for weather, scheduling conflicts, medical illnesses, or any other personal issues.

• How to Request: All requests must be submitted in writing. You can email them to zuluarcheryoutdoors@gmail.com.
