RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Zulu Archery Showdown ("Event"), I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
   I understand that participation in archery activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

   • Serious bodily injury;

   • Permanent disability;

   • Property damage;

   • Equipment failure;

   • Illness or death;

   • Injuries caused by my own actions, the actions of others, weather conditions, or conditions of the facility.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the Event.

1. Release and Waiver
   I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Zulu Archery & Outdoors, its owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, staff shooters, agents, affiliates, and event organizers (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, death, loss, or property damage sustained while participating in or attending the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Indemnification
   I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, or attorney fees arising out of my participation in the Event or resulting from my actions or conduct.

3. Medical Treatment
   I authorize the Event organizers to obtain emergency medical treatment for me if necessary. I understand that I am solely responsible for any costs associated with such treatment.

4. Equipment Responsibility
   I certify that all equipment I use during the Event is in safe and proper working condition. I accept full responsibility for inspecting and maintaining my equipment and understand that the Released Parties are not responsible for any equipment failure, loss, theft, or damage.

5. Rules and Conduct
   I agree to comply with all tournament rules, range commands, and instructions from event officials and staff. I understand that failure to follow safety rules may result in my removal from the Event without refund.

6. Photography and Media Release
   I grant Zulu Archery & Outdoors permission to use photographs, video, or other media taken during the Event for promotional, advertising, and social media purposes without compensation.

7. Minors
   Participants under the age of 18 must have this waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

8. Severability
   If any portion of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Acknowledgment
   I have carefully read this Release of Liability and fully understand its contents. I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights by reading this document​
